Hello to all! DUE TO POSSIBLE BAD WEATHER CONDITION, HOTEL ROMEO WOULD LIKE TO ANNOUNCE THAT THE DATE FOR PRO 1102 HILLTOP EVENT HAS BEEN BROUGHT FORWARD TO NOVEMBER 02, 2011. Anybody who wants to take part  are very welcome and if you cannot make it to high ground you can operate from your base stations. Our aim is to get as many contacts as we can and promote the radio.We welcome everybody to this annual event. 27.515 Hotelromeo will be up and running around 7:00pm. We will have a list of operators local or international who will participate with us on that night. 27.555 will be the call out frequency. Its been 10yrs since I used my cb came across it last week and had to put it in the car. I repaired the wiring in the mike but think I need a new mag mount. Came across this site its great to see the interest is still alive I cant pick up anyone in my area on mine so will investigate. Back in the 90's there was so many on the cb in cars and using homebase sets but not many now. It was great to discover your site. John
